How Waypoint Can Support the Work
Waypoint can take responsibility for a defined workstream, add experienced capacity inside an existing program, or support a prime contractor as part of a larger delivery team. The structure should match the work that actually needs to get done.
Defined Workstream
Give Waypoint a bounded scope with clear ownership, such as compliance review, reimbursement support, closeout, training, SOP development, or another defined program need. We take responsibility for the assigned work and coordinate with the broader team where needed.
Embedded Program Support
Add experienced capacity when an existing program needs additional help with administration, compliance, documentation, reimbursement, implementation, or day-to-day delivery. Waypoint can work within the client’s or prime’s existing processes rather than creating a parallel structure.
