Teaming & Partnerships
Waypoint Advisory actively pursues teaming relationships with prime contractors operating in disaster recovery, emergency management, and federally funded grant programs. We are structured to integrate directly into prime-led engagements without ramp time, bringing senior-level program fluency from day one.
If you are building a team for an upcoming procurement, recompete, or task order — particularly in FEMA Public Assistance, FMAG, CDBG, or state-administered federal funding programs — we want to hear from you. Waypoint brings specialized depth that strengthens technical proposals and delivers in the field.
What Waypoint Brings to Your Team
-
Waypoint's principal brings direct, senior-level experience across a range of federally funded programs — including FEMA Public Assistance, Fire Management Assistance Grants, CDBG, CARES Act, and American Rescue Plan Act initiatives. That experience spans the state agency side, the prime contractor side, and the advisory side, producing a practitioner who understands how these programs function under real-world conditions and what it takes to keep them defensible through closeout and audit.
-
Waypoint designs and delivers training that goes beyond onboarding. Our approach builds durable program understanding through plain-language instruction, interactive learning elements, and high-production video content scaled for distributed teams. Ongoing continuing education addresses real compliance issues as they emerge — not just at program launch.
-
Waypoint builds clean, paired SOP and knowledge systems that standardize execution across distributed delivery teams. Documentation is designed to be readable, actionable, and audit-ready — reducing variation in work product and protecting funding throughout the program lifecycle.
-
Every engagement is structured with monitoring, OIG review, and closeout in mind from the outset. Waypoint brings a compliance-first design philosophy that treats audit readiness as a program requirement, not a downstream correction.
-
Waypoint operates as principal-led capacity. When you bring Waypoint onto your team, you get direct senior involvement — not a project manager coordinating junior staff. We integrate into existing team structures quickly and contribute immediately.
-
Waypoint is a certified Louisiana Hudson Initiative small business — a socioeconomic designation that contributes toward small business participation goals and scoring on Louisiana state procurements. For primes competing on Louisiana state contracts, Waypoint's certification adds measurable proposal value beyond technical qualifications alone.
How Waypoint Engages
Waypoint is structured for flexible integration into prime-led teams. We operate as a subcontractor or supporting team member across a range of engagement models — proposal support, program launch, ongoing delivery, staff augmentation, training development, and closeout. Engagements can be scoped as discrete deliverables or ongoing support depending on program needs.
Waypoint is based in Louisiana and serves clients nationwide. Our principal is available for both remote and on-site engagements, and has delivered program support across Texas, Louisiana, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Georgia, Illinois, New Jersey, Arizona, and other jurisdictions. We are registered in SAM.gov, hold a CAGE code, and are certified as a Louisiana Hudson Initiative small business.
We are currently accepting teaming inquiries for active and upcoming procurements. Response time on teaming inquiries is typically within one business day.
